Born in South Korea and raised between Calabasas, CA, and South Korea, I bring a diverse cultural perspective to my academic and professional journey. I attended a college-preparatory boarding high school in Lake Forest, IL, and am currently enrolled in the seven-year accelerated BA/DDS program at the University of Detroit Mercy. I am set to graduate with my undergraduate degree this year and, having met all program requirements, was accepted into the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, Class of 2030. Driven by a passion for excellence and equity in healthcare, I aspire to become a dentist who creates meaningful impact by delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care to underserved and marginalized communities.
