ABOUT HEET PATEL

Currently, I work as a Pharmacy Assistant with Walmart Pharmacy at Collingwood, ON, wherein I maintain patient profiles, process prescriptions and payments, answer customer inquiries, adjudicate insurance, manage pharmacy inventory, order medications and supplies and accurately operate the POS/Cash register and Kroll pharmacy software. Further, I have worked as an E-commerce Operations Department Manager at Walmart Canada for nearly two years. I have led a team of nearly 60 associates in providing comprehensive customer support to a variety of clients. I have more than five years of experience in customer service, working as an OMNI Customer Experience Salesfloor Associate at Walmart, a Campus Ambassador at Georgian College, an Administrative Assistant at Vasad Multi-speciality Hospital, and an Invigilator at the British Council. I hold a Global Business Management degree from Georgian College, where I graduated in August 2022, and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Law degree from Sardar Patel University, India, where I graduated in August 2020. I have a Certificate of Practice issued by the Bar Council of India, which allows me to practice advocacy in any court of law in India. I am passionate about enhancing the customer experience, learning new skills, and contributing to the success of the organization I work with. I have strong communication, interpersonal, and remote team management skills, and I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
