Stivichall Homes is one of the first community-inspired estate agents in the country.Ofcourse, I help Stivichall & Cheylesmore homeowners to maximise their selling price, but I donate a proportion of the proceeds of sale to a local school/church/charity – whomever the Seller chooses.Furthermore, up to 50% of annual profits are donated to local causes, to help those in our communities who need it the most. These include: Sponsoring local events, vulnerable families, and improvements to local facilities.

I believe in working with Pride, Integrity and Dedication. By combining my beliefs with over 25 years of Estate Agency experience, I created Heenay Joshi Property Experts, 2018 - focussed on selling Prime Homes (£2m+) Warwickshire & the West Midlands. We combine Class-leading marketing strategies with World-class hospitality & unrivalled Market Knowledge. Our goal is for our Clients to attract the right type of buyer; to achieve the highest price; in the shortest time; with the least friction possible. In the winter 2022, in light of the socio/economic climate and the November Budget, I decided to launch Stivichall Homes - one of England\'s first community-inspired Estate Agencies. By using some of the profits from Heenay Joshi Property Experts, I created Stivichall Homes who\'s primary aim was to give back to the community which I grew up in. We donate a portion of the fee from every Completion to a local charity, food bank etc; whomever the Seller chooses. If the clients has been referred, we\'ll donate an additional amount of money to a charity of their choice, too. But we go further and donate up to 50% of our annual profits too.
