With a diverse professional background spanning administration, sales, and digital marketing, I bring a unique blend of experience and expertise to the table.I started my career as a Front Desk Executive at TCS Nagpur (via a third party) from March 2016 to August 2019, where I honed my skills in client communication, operations management, and customer service. Following this, I transitioned into the role of Export Sales Executive at Soni Polymers Pvt. Ltd.(September 2019 – December 2020), gaining valuable insights into international trade, sales coordination, and market expansion.In 2021, I took on the challenge of managing my husband’s business, further developing my entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen. Seeking to expand my professional skill set, I joined MICA’s Advanced Certificate Program in Digital Marketing and Communication in partnership with upGrad. Throughout this journey, I mastered core marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, WordPress Website Management, Email Marketing, and GA4 Analytics.Building on this foundation, I specialized in Social Media and Content Marketing (SMCM) and Marketing Analytics, completing my specialization. Currently, I am advancing my expertise with a specialization in Generative AI, preparing to leverage cutting-edge AI-driven strategies in digital marketing.With a strong commitment to delivering results, I officially started my freelance journey in January 2025, working as an SMM Freelancer for my first client, MSIT Services-CMS. They trusted my skills, and I am dedicated to achieving the best results for them and all my future clients.I am now open to new opportunities in digital marketing, social media strategy, and AI-driven marketing solutions.
