Conduct telephone interviews with CIO’s/CTO’s/IT Managers/Business Decision-makers across the globe.2. Participating in surveys through cold calls, warm calls, email campaigns and social media channels.3. Secondary research in order to penetrate target accounts in order to reach out to key decision makers4. Maintain, update and expand the prospect database.5. Handle necessary administrative paperwork and other documentation needed for project validation and research quality control.6. Prepare findings and update databases to include newfound information, and create a summary of that analysis to pass on to the project manager.
