Experienced manager for past 13 years leading a multi\'agency team.I have been working for the local authority for over 15 years through various roles, I have gained great experiences around safeguarding, partnership working, leadership and capacity building in communities and at work. My current role involves supporting families and children going through hardship, ensuring that they get best start in life through clear smart action plan devised in partnership with parents. Early intervention services enabling the least advantaged families affected by poverty, poor housing, unemployment, issues with status, Dv. to see a way out, keep family together, work harder because parenting is not a gift it’s a skill that we all thrive to learn and deliver and start setting good example for their children.
