At Ambit Capital, we work closely with Indian and multi-national corporates by raising capital (across pools of capital), executing business strategies & forging partnerships with commercial and regulatory standpoint. With Deloitte I was part of their Financial Advisory – Valuation practice, where I led and executed projects across segment and products (business, undertaking and equity valuation); enabling both domestic and cross-border transactions in India. I have completed 3 years of Articleship with Deloitte in Audit & Assurance department. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant - a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from Ajmer University. I am an Ambassador to One Young World - where I have represented India & Deloitte – following discussions and practices over Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
