My practice focuses primarily on patent litigation and intellectual property counseling. I have litigated patent cases involving technology in the fields of electronics, semiconductors, networking, telecommunications, e-commerce, and software. Prior to attending law school, I worked as a product engineer, coordinating the introduction of new designs into mass production in the semiconductor industry. My areas of technical expertise included communications, modems, and radio frequency systems. In addition, I have experience working with semiconductor processes, testing, packaging, and other manufacturing technologies.I am a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California and the Eastern District of Texas and Northern District of Illinois. I am also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal and Ninth Circuits. I am registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as a patent attorney.Specialties: Patent litigation and intellectual property counseling. I am also interested in supporting Spanish high-tech and bio-tech companies that want to enter the U.S. market.
