Hector Davis has more than twenty-five years’ experience in entrepreneurship education and since the founding of BOC Capital Corp. in 2001 has assisted the micro-enterprise and micro-lending organization in the start, development and financing of thousands of entrepreneurs and companies across New York City, New York State.
