Analyzed deal and provided 3 forecast scenarios relating to top-line metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR). Provided financial advisory related to a preferred equity investment in a marina operator that owns and operates full- service marinas in the greater Charleston, South Carolina market. The advisory services performed included due diligence regarding the business plan, vetting of marina company partners in the in the transaction, marina market analysis, valuation and developed base and down-side cash flow scenarios.
