My professional background includes key technical and leadership roles with Frontier Airlines, American Airlines, LATAM, Aeroméxico, United Airlines, and Ascent Aviation Services, where I have worked on a wide range of fleets, including the A320 Family, Boeing 737/747/757/767/787, and Airbus A330/A340.As a Human Factors Consultant & Specialist, I focus on integrating human performance, safety culture, and error management into daily maintenance operations.
