I represent clients in a variety of cases, including intellectual property disputes, oil and gas matters, securities litigation, and telecommunications cases as well as other general commercial litigation. I use my engineering background in my law practice to better understand my clients\' products and businesses, to analyze technical questions, and to help distill and convey complex issues to judges and juries. In addition to developing cases and advocating in state and federal courts, I help clients in developing and refining strategies on matters including protection of intellectual property, managing litigation risk, and planning for efficient and effective dispute resolution.
