I lead the creative production of our in-house creative marketing team. I am responsible for managing a team of creative producers and production artists that supports various marketing functions, creating efficiencies within production processes and supporting innovative and best-in-class marketing creative.I oversee end-to-end creative production and am instrumental in evolving processes that enable the creative team to scale to Blizzard’s business needs. I ensure teams are set up for success through the creation and implementation of scalable production models, tools, processes, and best practices that deliver optimal results. I evaluate and proactively communicate project timelines based on historical data and current business needs. I collaborate closely with senior leadership, creative directors, creative leads, internal stakeholders, and external partners, to prioritize and work successfully in a fast-paced environment using insight and data to ground the creative process from start to finish.
