I’m a people-first operations leader with over two years of experience managing high-volume residential communities while practicing the fundamentals of Human Resources in real time. From training new hires and coaching teams to enforcing compliance, handling conflict resolution, and improving processes I’ve been doing the work of HR under the title of Property Manager.My strengths lie in building systems and developing people. I’ve led a turnaround that reduced delinquency from 13.4% to 1.06% by aligning processes, strengthening communication, and managing legal filings with precision. I’ve also trained and supported a new sales team that drove occupancy from 87% to 94.71%, showing my ability to inspire results through coaching and clarity.I’m currently completing my degree in Human Resource Management and pursuing payroll certification to formally align my education with my real-world HR experience.
