Consulting - Technology Delivery: The position involves the development and building of client relationships, and provision and delivery of consultancy services majoring in large-scale technology and business transformation to leading UK and international companies. The services include advising on IT service strategy, IT governance and IT service management, leading and managing agile technology change programmes, team and people leadership, and financial and risk oversight of client engagements. Internal work undertaken includes development of service capabilities, research and production of materials to communicate emerging and best practice in specific areas of industry and sector activity. Cyber Security Transformation Programme Lead: As UK and Switzerland Lead for IT Cyber Security Programme, Heathley led a major cyber security transformation programme within a global context, implementing best practice and industry-standard products and services. The position developed strategic business cases and service propositions, two-year roadmap of change, built senior stakeholder relationships, initiated projects with project managers and specialist resources, and delivered infrastructure and business change across the firm’s internal and client-facing service lines. Responsibilities also included resource management, risk/issue management, financial/budget planning and management, quality assurance, service improvement and alignment with corporate IT strategy.
