About Heath Glassman

I focus on interior and exterior residential design, with an emphasis on how projects are executed. My background is in building and operating businesses across technology, marketing, and the pharmaceutical space. In those roles, I led cross-functional teams and developed systems to move complex work from concept through delivery. The work often functioned like a creative studio — aligning design, strategy, and execution. Alongside that, I have been involved in residential projects spanning both interior and exterior environments. These projects shaped how I think about space, proportion, material, and how people live within what is built. Over time, my focus shifted away from surface decisions and toward how spaces function, flow, and hold up over time. More recently, I have been strengthening the technical side of that work through Revit and BIM-based workflows, with a focus on translating design intent into clear, buildable documentation. What interests me most is how design is delivered — how teams operate, how decisions are made, and how projects stay aligned from concept through execution. Current work includes rebuilding residential projects in Revit to further develop documentation and workflow.
