Having worked as a Corporate Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, and Human Resources Business Partner, I have developed a well-rounded skill set across various areas within the HR field.As a Corporate Recruiter, I managed the complete recruitment life cycle, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, selection, and post-hire processes. My recruiting experience spans several industries: administrative, partner management, executive, sales, cybersecurity, financial services, insurance, information technology, and education.As a Recruiting Coordinator, I supported the corporate recruiting team with various recruitment and onboarding initiatives. I successfully created and executed an engaging week-long orientation program for new colleagues, which involved developing first-week content, coordinating presenters, and facilitating activities to help newcomers acclimate to the company culture. Additionally, I implemented and managed the Little Caesars collegiate intern program, overseeing all aspects, from networking and recruitment to hiring interns and building strong relationships with local universities. Collaborating with the business, I identified internship needs and managed a 12-week program, ensuring our interns had a valuable and rewarding experience.As a Human Resources Business Partner, I administered HR-related functions and effectively manage colleague relations issues, promoting a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
