Joined SIGG in 2020 as the UK Office Manager/Customer Service.• My role was to ensure the smooth running of the UK business which included all Retailers (Independent shops, UK Webshop, Amazon and Corporate enquiries).• Dealt with all National Accounts, Managing Directors and Heads of Sales/Buyers.• Ensured all day-to-day business activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently with responses to customers done promptly.• Liaising with our warehouse to ensure the smooth delivery of our orders. • Communication with the 4 UK Agents on all company information for new products, launch dates and promotions.• All meetings and communication were done via Teams as I was home based.• Team working was essential so I could support my colleagues for periods of sickness or annual leave.• I would travel to Switzerland 2 or 3 times during the year for training or new products lauches. I would stay for the week to work alongside my colleagues.Attended Trade Shows in Germany and the UK
