I didn\'t grow up studying change. I grew up surviving it - watching my mom hold things together with no roadmap and no safety net. Constant upheaval, instability, uncertainty about the basics.I never forgot what that looked like and I\'ve spent my career making sure others don\'t have to navigate disruption alone.That\'s where it started. Not in a classroom. In real life.One question has driven everything since: How do you help people stay anchored through disruption instead of becoming a casualty of it? I\'ve spent my career in the room with hard decisions - billion-dollar acquisitions, manufacturing site closures, global tech and AI rollouts at Microsoft, Thermo Fisher, and SAP. Organizational restructurings that changed thousands of people\'s lives overnight.I\'ve led transformation at a scale most people only read about and I\'ve sat with the individuals on the other side of those decisions awake at 2AM wondering what\'s next.I kept seeing the same gap - organizations investing millions in the change itself and almost nothing on the people navigating it.
