   I work at Hackman Capital, a global leader in independent studio ownership. In my role, I oversee Human Resources, Technology, and the Office of the CEO. As a trusted partner to the CEO, I am responsible for ensuring the implementation of his vision throughout the organization. Additionally, I manage a team of directors, senior managers, and specialized teams in areas such as legal, finance, and investor relations, providing crucial support to our esteemed film and TV studio real estate platform, which boasts approximately $7.5 billion invested in around 20 global studio assets. Noteworthy achievements include: Playing a pivotal role as a key member of the executive team, leading the strategy and planning for our forward-thinking human capital project and technology upgrade. This included the adoption of SaaS and cloud computing solutions in alignment with RIA/SEC requirements, as well as orchestrating our first-ever annual investor meeting. Within a span of six months, successfully recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training exceptional talent to fill critical vacancies, including the Vice President of Investor Relations, Director of Human Resources, and administrative staff. Additionally, I implemented the SaaS Workable applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline our hiring process. Identified opportunities for continuous improvement, resulting in the modernization of quarterly investor reports and the streamlining of crucial meetings to maximize productivity. Conducted financial analysis and reviewed employee benefits to negotiate improved terms with our health insurance broker, ultimately enhancing the benefits offered to our employees.
