Centered around supporting business DEI goals, improving economic imbalances, and advancement opportunities for defined underserved WIOA and BIPOC populations.• Act as a liaison developing and maintaining relationships with our Public Workforce partners (including the WorkSource system).• Communicate, coordinate, and build partnerships with other regional business services providers, regional workforce partners and other key stakeholders as identified in the WDC’s \"Regional Plan for Equitable Economic Recovery\".• Lead, attend or be involved in meetings with public workforce partners, industry groups or professional organizations, such as SHRM, MBA, etc. as needed.• Coordinate and partner with the Community Partnerships & Events with specific events related to career pathways and workbased learning.• Meet established contractual business service goals.• Other duties as assigned based on program needs, federal (DOL) or state changes.• Create or assist in developing marketing or educational material.
