I\'m passionate about how we lead and why. I\'m fascinated by what blocks us from being our best selves. This led me to my research at Harvard and my work in the field at the intersection of transformation and leadership optimization. Leaders have the unique ability to transform the lives of those they lead. In some ways leadership is transformation. A leader is shifting one reality into another. Leading a change. My work inspires executives to develop more presence, engage more empathy, embody better communication, embrace ambiguity, and move from managing tasks to leading and transforming people.
