Selects, develops and inspires personnel to ensure an efficient operation, continually looking for new ways of working to improve optimization and efficiency in processes. Versed in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) fundamentals derived from Lean methodology and concepts. Select Accomplishments:*Developed a comprehensive organizational assessment for the SSOC to prioritize improvement initiatives for 2020 to reduce inefficiencies in processes, hire and develop strong leadership, and improve culture within the work environment.*Implemented a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Scorecard to monitor and improve results across the SSOC.
