Oversee sectional meetings, international meetings, MRC conferences, policy and governance committee meetings, AMS courses, AMS programs. Oversee audio-visual, electrical, and internet for Joint Mathematics Meetings and other meetings. Serve as backup for sectional meetings, international meetings, MRC conferences, policy and governance committee meetings, scientific sessions, and invited addresses of JMM partners, AMS courses, AMS programs. Provide support for training, for the creation of the program booklet for meetings, for meeting announcements, for onboarding associate secretaries, for the Director of Meetings with special projects, as requested. Other duties as necessary.
