I offer a profound commitment to fostering leadership and personal growth! My journey during the last 20 years as an International Trainer and Coach at Simple Focus Training & Strategy has been both extensive and impactful. Specializing in resilience, transformative coaching, and bespoke group processes, I have empowered individuals and groups to enhance their leadership capabilities and to make more strategic contributions. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to design and deliver personal development courses, particularly AIM Learning Solutions for delivery at the EU School of Administration. These have been focused on content such as i.e, resilience, critical thinking and bias, and strategic communication. With time, I have shifted to creating processes in learning situations i.e, shifting out of a startup culture and transitioning into new phases. By putting the intelligent capacities and experiences of the group in the center of the design, participants join the process in new and dynamic ways. They are happy to discover what they themselves know and to collect meaningful contributions from their colleagues. There is a wonderful challenge to be found in including mainstream AND outlying views and experiences so that they can be channeled into greater effectiveness and meaning for the full group.The essence of my work combines individual strengths discovery with collective growth, ensuring that each encounter is tailored to the unique dynamics of international, diverse and intercultural environments.
