After getting my start in the nonprofit world as an AmeriCorps member over a decade ago, I\'m proud to have an addiction to volunteer operations & event production with no intent to seek a cure. I\'m a bilingual nonprofit professional specializing in volunteer engagement, large-scale event planning & management, and process improvement. I moonlight as a disaster response manager and a wedding coordinator. Managing complex projects & relationships get me jazzed. I do well in a crisis. I like making order from the chaos. I have a history of entering legacy organizations and revamping longstanding programs with innovative, community-based solutions. I have an established track record of managing and operationalizing explosive growth. I make heart eyes for any and all things data. Excel + I are old friends. I\'m a stickler for clearly organized and communicated logistics. I love a good rally towards a goal. I don\'t do cold connections from folks I don\'t know (because who\'s got time for that!), but I do accept requests for a digital coffee to talk shop!
