Regularly engage in strategy development and foundation oversight in partnership with foundation leader. Provide back-up for foundation leader * Oversee and advise on briefings and strategies for key leaders involved with principal and major gift donors and prospects.* Manage all major gift fundraising staff; including hiring decisions and oversee performance process.* Coordinate all necessary campaign/major gift meetings with all key stakeholders including campaign council, volunteers, community members and hospital stakeholders.
