About Heather Muse
A good story is useless without data to back it up. Data without proper context is just numbers and phrases. Storytelling and data are symbiotic, and understanding storytelling and data analysis is the common thread of my career history. I love using data to tell a story in a way that helps a brand move forward. In addition to my work in social analytics and consumer insights, I have extensive experience in audience development, journalism, digital strategy, content strategy, and content partnerships.
