What the heck is a Concierge Agent? Well, that means that I do much more for my clients than to simply help them to sell or buy a property. I take a concierge approach to the entire Real Estate process, so that tends to be ideal for the busy professional. This means that my approach to property repair projects, clean-outs and all of the important preparation is all-inclusive in my process. My goal is to free up my clients to focus on their busy lives and careers, instead of having to figure out how to solve all of the challenges of their Real Estate sale or purchase transactions. I handle everything from bids & estimates, to inspections, repairs, and small project management. I have also earned my RCS-D (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist- Divorce) in order to better serve my clients and help them through a challenging time that requires more than basic Real Estate knowledge. In situations of Divorce, the fiduciary responsibilities of a Realtor are amplified and extended in order to facilitate communication and collaboration with all parties involved in the process including the Family Law Attorneys, Lenders, Title, Inspectors, and Contractors. Having a reliable and specifically trained Real Estate Specialist can help to make a typically stressful process to go more smoothly for all parties. This is particularly important in situations involving a Restraining Order/TRO or High-conflict Divorces. I have a Probate Certification from the California Association of Realtors, so I can help property heirs to find a path forward, and to help navigate the California Probate Court process.I believe that Teamwork Makes the Dream Work, so I have a team of professionals to get my clients\' projects and work done with expertise & affordable pricing.I find fulfillment in helping my clients to make their Real Estate Dreams comes true, and my focus is to do it in as stress free manner as possible.
