Blending a love for sport business with the most effective training methodology on the planet to move CrossFit Sport into the future.In January 2021, I transitioned from academia back to the sport industry as Director of Sport Operations at CrossFit, LLC. I am thankful for the experiences and people that were part of my time at OHIO and am looking forward to many years in my dream job helping to grow CrossFit and transform lives through fitness. Prior to leaving Ohio, I had two books released in 2021 (20 Secrets for NCAA Student-Athletes - 2nd Ed; Event Management Blueprint - 3rd Ed). I remain committed to supporting current and former Bobcat Sports Administration students.I love learning from others and am honored to have been elected to the USA Wrestling Board of Directors. This opportunity has pushed me to grow in new areas and helped me become more well rounded. Plus, getting to work alongside the the USA Wrestling athletes and leaders during a time of tremendous global and Olympic Games success is fun! When not in the office or at the gym, my husband Paul (Director of Ohio University\'s Center for Entrepreneurship) and I are at the mercy of the activities and attitudes of our two children, Samantha (14) and George (13)and we would not have it any other way!
