I am the Operations Associate at Alta Futures, where I help advance the organization’s mission by managing grants administration, coordinating team operations, and leading the planning and execution of events that bring partners and communities together. In this role, I support the operational engine of the platform, ensuring that the systems, details, and relationships that sustain Alta Futures’ work function with clarity, care, and alignment.I bring over five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a focus on supporting senior leaders and streamlining organizational operations to maximize impact. My background spans strategic administrative support, community building, and mentoring. I hold a Certificate of Leadership from Highlands College and am a Certified Life, Health, and Wellness Coach, supporting and guiding others toward holistic well-being.Originally from Alabama, I’ve called Austin, Texas—and now Bangor, Maine—home, where I live with my two sons. I currently serve on the board of Bangor Beautiful, a local nonprofit dedicated to bringing public art to the community, and have contributed to initiatives centered on youth, education, and neighborhood well-being. I’m passionate about creating thoughtful experiences and gatherings, both professionally and personally, that bring people together, foster growth, and help meaningful ideas move into action.
