I’m a former TV anchor/reporter and filmmaker who took a hard left into internal communications after bringing two beautiful humans into the world and I haven’t looked back. I’m passionate about engaging employees, creating strategies, and curating content that strengthens alignment and builds brand loyalty. I\'ve written stories, executive communications, talking points, communication plans, news articles, press releases, and social media content. At Premera, I manage a team of internal and sales communicators. Together we drive engagement through executive comms, business news, our all employee meetings, company intranet, and strategic communications plans.Like a lot of people these days, I’m thinking quite a bit about AI and how it will impact our work and the members we serve.
