With over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, I am a seasoned and certified human resources professional who leads the HR strategy and operations for Lane Bryant, a plus size clothing retailer with over 400 store locations. As the Director of Human Resources, I am responsible for aligning the HR goals with the business objectives, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all associates.My core competencies include developing and implementing HR policies and programs, managing associate relations, compensation and benefits, management development and training, and health and safety.
