I founded Resume Insider to give job-seekers resume and LinkedIn profile advice from real recruiters who have hired for top companies. The business concept started to develop while I was recruiting for Microsoft and learning of the frustration job-seekers experience during their search process. Job-seekers want insider information from recruiters but can\'t get their attention. • Manage company A-Z including branding, web development, business process design and automation, day-to-day operations, marketing and client engagement. • Recruit and manage a team of freelance current and former recruiters in the delivery of resume, LinkedIn and job search services. • Develop training and resources for job-seekers needing help in the development of their LinkedIn profile, resume and job search strategy, as well as preparation for interviews and negotiations.
