   Lead and mentor a team of HR Generalists who support the compensation, training and performance management efforts of the Institute.• Manage the overall process and provide strategic direction for the Institute’s Compensation, Training, Performance Management, and Organizational Development functions.• Deliver in-house training programs including Management Training, Whole Brain Thinking Training/Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) Training, Lunch and Learns, One-on-One Management Coaching, and Performance Management Training.• Co-created and led multiple cohorts of the organization’s first 18-month long Leadership Development Program.• Advise managers and employees on day-to-day concerns and clarify their understanding of Institute policy and procedures.• Work with the Director, Executive Leadership Team, and Senior Leadership Team on various projects including organizing and leading a retreat for the reorganization of a division, supporting and participating in retreats for the strategic planning of a division, and participating in Senior Leadership Team retreats and meetings.
