As the Founder of Created Woman, I’ve built a nationally reaching nonprofit that has empowered over women through leadership development programs, live events, coaching platforms, and digital resources. I also serve as a Community Engagement Strategist at PurposeWorks, where I design scalable frameworks and training systems to deepen impact and engagement.With a background spanning ministry, entrepreneurship, communications, and nonprofit leadership, I specialize in creating high-impact programs, building strong communities, and leading cross-functional teams to bring vision to life. 1. Founder & Executive Director

   Created Woman Foundation

   Nov 2010 — Present · Based in Austin, TX, US

   Transitioned C.W. from its inception as a blog and magazine in 2010 to a 501-3C nonprofit organization in 2014. The Foundation targets and serves women from all walks of life to identify and fulfill the individuals\' purposeful work and activities. The members also learn what can be done to change the world around them as they become leaders in family, community, and industry. Diverse women join the Foundation as entrepreneurs and corporate B2B and B2C leaders for e-commerce-based businesses, chiropractors, C.E.O.s, writers, church leaders, designers, social media influencers, and more. Hired, trained, and gained ~70 employees, volunteers, and interns over the past ten years. During tenure, ideated, developed, and launched numerous events, resources, and online/offline communities. Starting in 2012, numerous C.W. events, including monthly meetings, annual conferences, and various social gatherings featuring guest speakers, masterminds, and speed mentorships, were developed and launched. Host of the Created Woman Podcast. Dream Launcher Connection (DLC) Video Course: Created 6 video modules (each video includes three panelists/speakers) and led the volunteer team for the corresponding online coursework. Currently working on a new corresponding curriculum (focused on C.W. Circles), including an opportunity for women to host or attend a C.W. Circle. Masterminds: Attendees participate online Mastermind events with other Christian women to give and get strategic advice to moving forward on the journey to walking on purpose.\"Becoming: The Dreamer\'s Study Guide to Launching God-Sized Dreams.\" Authored a 5-week study guide with nine volunteer authors. Self-published and authored 34 study guides for women with multiple authors. 2022-Present: Launched an online monthly membership platform/App through mighty networks in 2022. C.W. Circles | 2023 – Present: Launched small groups focused on study guides published through the nonprofit.
