   Responsible for initial project setup, project revisions, project status, and project closeout.• Ensure project profile complies with client requirements.• Review and understand proposals, contracts, and POs for each client and project.• Determine billing format and fee type for each project.• Verify if external or internal tracking is needed for each project and provide tracking as needed.• Maintain project profiles for each client from beginning to end.• Coordinate with Project Managers to discuss project accounting procedures or concerns.• Assess current and projected profit/loss to include earnings process budget issues.• Identify and correct billing issues throughout the life of the project.• Set up and revise hours and project budgets, as needed.• Prepare invoices according to authorized agreements between SSOE and the client.• Transfer labor and expense charges, as necessary.• Verify all client requirements are met during the billing process.• Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure correct revenue for each project.• Assist Project Managers with Accounts Receivable.
