My work sits at the intersection of client delivery, operational scale, and transformation—helping companies move from fragmented, custom-heavy execution to more predictable, scalable implementation models that support enterprise clients. Across my career, I’ve led complex, multi-month implementations for Fortune 50 organizations while also building the internal systems required to deliver them effectively. Most recently, I’ve focused on: • Building a Business Analysis practice from the ground up to strengthen requirements, planning, and stakeholder alignment • Redesigning implementation delivery models to improve structure, governance, and cross-functional execution • Creating standardized implementation playbooks to support a shift toward repeatable, scalable delivery • Expanding portfolio visibility through tools like Jira Plans and Tempo to improve prioritization and execution transparency • Strengthening quality, change management, and delivery predictability across complex programs I regularly partner across product, engineering, strategy, finance, sales, and client services to align priorities and bring clarity to complex initiatives.
