ABOUT HEATHER ESKRITT

As an Account Executive at Hillsound Equipment Inc, I showcase and sell outdoor products to potential and existing clients, using my product knowledge and passion for outdoor recreation. I develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales reps, big box, and key accounts, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure inventory availability and order fulfillment. I also support and empower our regional sales reps to achieve their sales targets and goals, and solicit new retail and distribution accounts. I have a background in Outdoor Recreation Management from Capilano University, where I learned the skills and knowledge to plan, manage, and deliver outdoor programs and services. I have also completed multiple certifications in diving, wilderness first aid, and food handling, which demonstrate my commitment to safety and quality standards. Additionally, I have experience in guest services, where I provided excellent customer service, product sales, and team leadership. My goal is to work with companies who value diversity, sustainability, and innovation in the outdoor industry.
