About Heather Drolet
I’ve spent the last 20+ years creating innovative learning experiences that help young people see what they’re capable of. My work lives at the intersection of education, games, and community, and I’ve been lucky to design game-based programs with learners in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Europe, and across the U.S.What drives me is making learning inclusive, joyful, and exploratory. I believe play matters because it’s how we spark curiosity and unlock creativity. And I believe everyone belongs, especially in learning spaces where voices are too often left out. Through game design, I help learners build digital fluency, creative confidence, and real-world skills, preparing them for whatever comes next.
