I am responsible for creating and leading the public engagement strategy for LRCFS. In 2019 the approach to public engagement at LRCFS was recognised with a Gold Watermark Award from the National Co-ordinating Centre for Public Engagement. The research centre involves the public and stakeholders in setting research agendas, involvement through the research innovation timeline and dissemination of outputs. I lead creative approaches to engagement with different audiences including comics, virtual games, citizen science, public talks and lectures. I have extensive experience in training others in approaches to engagement and communication of specialist information along with planning and evaluating the effectiveness of this work.
