Comfort Keepers isn’t just the company I work for, it’s part of my story.My parents founded Comfort Keepers in 1998 with a simple but powerful mission: to provide compassionate, in-home care that truly elevates the human spirit. That mission has shaped who I am. I even contributed the name “Comfort Keepers” during a dinner table conversation as a child. Watching the company grow from a single location into a global brand rooted in purpose has been both inspiring and deeply personal.Throughout my career, I’ve served in a variety of roles across the Comfort Keepers network, from Marketing Manager and Business Development Director to Operations Manager within a franchise office. Later, I joined our headquarters team to lead the development of learning and development initiatives that support franchisees and their teams nationwide.Today, as Franchise Recruitment Manager, I help compassionate, purpose-driven individuals explore what it means to own a Comfort Keepers franchise. I guide candidates through a thoughtful discovery process designed to ensure alignment with our mission and give them the clarity and confidence they need to move forward.Outside of work, I’m a firm believer in continuous growth and exploration. I love expanding my horizons through travel and trying new things. In my downtime, you’ll find me baking or painting.
