Full product lifecycle management of hardware, firmware, and software required to detect and track incursion, classify activity and identify threats, mitigate appropriately with kinetic autonomous drone defense. Core products include radars, cameras, and mitigation drones as well as their operating and C2 (command & control) software and all accessories.Cycle continuously through user testing, discovery & refinement, NPI (new product initiative), design & engineering, development, pre-production, go-to-market, production, customer success, change management and quality control, revision and end-of-life processes.Stakeholder communication and collaboration through the full organization.
