ABOUT HEATHER DELUCA

I\'m Heather, and I\'ve been selling since I was a kid. I worked in my parent\'s motorhome business and tradeshows, explaining our intricate products and services. I never thought of myself as a salesperson. I just asked questions to see if our product or service was a good fit. I enjoyed helping people. Sales is really that simple. I create and grow leads by building trusting relationships and meaningful connections through LinkedIn, tradeshows, and other relevant events and platforms. To optimize sales, I work closely with customer service, supply chain, marketing, and other sales support teams to break down barriers to clear the path, thereby maximizing company performance. I thrive on obtaining new business and pride myself on customer retention. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS • Quadrupled sales by sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring placement for amusement games in several regional and national grocery, restaurant, and other chains with projected annual sales of over $12 million (HEB, WinCo Foods, Albertsons, Scolari’s, Denny’s, Norms Restaurants, National Stores and Fry’s Electronics). • Tasked with renewing contract with 1,500 Dollar Tree locations. Successfully renewed the contract and was awarded an additional locations, adding $4mm to our annual sales. • Created and conducted weekly sales training for merchandisers to elevate skills for accelerated career advancement. • Designed a successful process to obtain client budgets, decreasing costly errors with graphic pricing and time spent on art renderings.
