This includes everything from successfully opening new locations and managing multiple venues to turning businesses around to profitability. My bandwidth is extensive; I\'ve consistently overseen more than 50 concurrent construction projects and led teams exceeding 100 staff members. A core strength lies in managing crucial stakeholder relationships, whether it\'s with local government or community groups. Thanks to solid financial management and negotiation skills, I\'ve been able to generate significant cost savings while still improving customer satisfaction.
