A Marital Settlement Agreement is one of the most important documents in one’s life, but is completed outside of court, so any court time will be minimal.MEDIATION – As a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, I offer mediation and mediation support needed to navigate separation in a productive and cooperative way. I act both as the Mediator and the review attorney. As a review attorney, I thoroughly assess a client’s settlement agreement to confirm that his/her interests are completely protected. Once clients are comfortable with the settlement, we will get into court without delay or any hidden costs.
