   I am a Senior Environmental Scientist/Biologist managing multiple environmental compliance programs, wetland and wildlife due diligence projects, and providing environmental permitting services for solar energy projects. My experience includes conducting threatened and endangered species (T&E) surveys, tree surveys, and wetland delineations. I am a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Gopher Tortoise Authorized Agent. I am the primary author or technical lead on numerous NEPA documents including; environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, biological assessments, management plans, and environmental baseline surveys to determine the project\'s natural resource impacts and provide recommendations for environmental impact avoidance. I also develop and implement ISO 14001-compliant Environmental Management Systems (EMS) programs for commercial and Federal government clients.
