About Heather Leneau Bragg
Big changes, even when positive, can be stressful. I specialize in helping my clients and their families smoothly transition into a new home they are excited to call Home. After 19 years serving children and families in the field of special education, I knew it was time for a change. During my teaching years, I had been a buyer and seller of real estate. My transactions always transpired - eventually- but often amid a flurry of confusion, tension, poor communication and angst. I knew there had to be a better way! I now serve the need that I once had myself, making the buying and selling processes as strategic, clear and drama-free for my clients as possible. I love my calling, and I believe my results and reviews reflect my passion. As of August of 2019, 98% of my listings are under contract within 60 days; more than half of them are under contract within 30 days.
