Manage elearning development projects for external stakeholders as well as the internal Kineo team. Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Delegate tasks on projects to employees best positioned to complete them. Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with projects. Serve as point of contact for teams to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Communicate with management and clients to keep project aligned with goals. Adjust schedules and resources on projects as needed or penancing for project changes. Identify and develop new opportunities with clients. Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables. Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
