I successfully streamlined and restructured the global sourcing organization by defining organizational alignment, developing a differentiated sourcing model, setting clear goals, and implementing a strategic roadmap. I established meaningful qualitative and quantitative metrics to track sourcing capacity, time to fill, source of hire, DEI initiatives, and interview/offer KPIs. This data-driven approach allowed us to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and enhance efficiency.In my previous role as Director of Talent Acquisition at VMware, I led a global team, providing strategic talent acquisition support to the Customer Experience and Success (CXS) organization.
